About Petralis

From 2019 formation to a growing East Texas operated platform.

Petralis Energy Resources was formed in 2019 to exploit and enhance underperforming producing assets with undeveloped reserves in East Texas. Today, the company can be presented more clearly as an operator: seven acquisitions, two successful wells, 20+ significant workovers, 41 operated wells, and a repeatable development model built around production-backed upside.

Formed in 2019, the company deployed its strategy in the East Texas Basin, with over 60+ years of combined leadership experience

Company mission

A Houston-Texas-based E&P company focused on Upstream Natural Gas Development opportunities.

Petralis is positioned as a proven operator with a mission to develop repeatable, low-commercial, and technical-risk projects. The operating model starts with producing assets, known reservoirs, and existing facilities, then creates value through acquisitions, redevelopment, workovers, selective drilling, and production optimization while staying disciplined on both capital and technical risk

Current platform

41 operated wells

31 of those wells are currently producers over 8,425 net mineral acres controlled.

Current production

98 BOPD and 4.46 MMCFD gross

Current net production is 44 BOPD and 2.1 MMSCFD.

Company mission visual Production, field execution, and technical review are all part of the same operating model. Rather than a generic investor image, this visual shows how Petralis links producing assets, field work, and subsurface understanding inside one repeatable East Texas development strategy.

Strategy and value proposition

Why is the model built to be repeatable?

Commercial discipline

Start with known production and infrastructure.

Existing production, known geology, and legacy facilities help reduce commercial uncertainty while creating room for incremental value.

Technical discipline

Improve performance before chasing complexity.

Workovers, lift changes, recompletions, and targeted drilling help Petralis build repeatable outcomes rather than one-off stories.

Reservoir-led growth

Operate with subsurface understanding.

Reservoir engineering, well testing, stimulation, HP/HT experience, and sour-field awareness support better field decisions.

Owner and partner alignment

Run the business like an operator, not a brochure.

Direct owner-relations and contact workflows, plus clearer project pages, make the company easier to work with and easier to diligence.

Leadership foundation

60+ years of combined experience leading private and public companies.

The leadership presentation is now aligned to the real operating story of the business: reservoir, drilling, business development, and corporate growth leadership working together on an East Texas platform.
